Development priorities

Start with the decisions that shape fit.

  • Torso length and balanced coverage
  • Strap load, cups and underbust support
  • Fit checks across the planned size range

Customization to discuss

Discuss panel shaping, strap width, cup direction, lining and support zones. Grading and support changes should be reviewed on representative fit samples.

Construction review

Review the structure in your physical sample

An exterior product reference helps identify the silhouette and visible details. Confirm lining, support, edge finish and fit in the actual sample; a photograph is not a test result.

Define your product checkpoints

Prepare your sample and quotation brief.

Share the target size chart, body or fit-model references, torso measurements, coverage priorities and known fit issues. Identify which sizes need physical fit confirmation.

Buyer questions

Can an existing one-piece simply be enlarged?

A starting block can help, but proportional scaling does not resolve every torso, cup, strap or coverage requirement. Agree key fit sizes and review support as part of the garment system.

What determines the minimum order and timing?

Style complexity, material sourcing, color and size breakdown, sample revisions and approval dates all affect the quote. Send the planned assortment so these conditions can be reviewed together.

After choosing a style

Plan the sample and order.

Review support, strap placement, torso length and graded measurements against your target fit. Colors, prints, labels and packaging can be discussed during the technical review.

Minimum order

Our reference MOQ is 200 pieces per style, per color. The final minimum depends on construction, fabric and trim sourcing, print requirements and the size breakdown. For sets, confirm how pieces and sets are counted in your quotation.

Sample development

Sample development typically takes 5–10 working days, subject to a reviewed brief and available materials. Custom fabrics, prints, trims and sample revisions may require additional time. We confirm the schedule for your development scope.

Production schedule

The reference bulk production lead time is 30–45 days. The start date and delivery schedule depend on sample approval, material availability, order quantity and production scheduling. Shipping time is agreed separately.
