From a reference to a sample

Make the product decisions before production.

A sketch communicates the look. A sample or Tech Pack adds the information needed to discuss pattern shape, target measurements, shell and lining, straps and finishing.

  1. Share the starting pointProvide your sample, artwork or technical pack, intended customer, size range and estimated quantities.
  2. Resolve the constructionAgree material references, coverage, support, trim positions and the base size for development.
  3. Review one clear versionKeep fitting comments and marked changes with the current sample; approve the size chart and construction before bulk preparation.

Production is a connected process

Keep each handoff clear.

Prepared garment components are stacked at the worktable before the next operation. The style, material, color and size references need to travel with those pieces—not remain only in an email.

Materials to assembly

Match the shell, lining and component pairing to the approved material list. Separate revisions and color groups.

Assembly to finishing

Keep the seam, attachment and edge-finish requirements with the current sample, then review the details that affect fit and appearance.

Attention to the finished order

The details should agree with the brief.

Sorting and handling are part of the route from individual components to an order. Measurements, workmanship, labels and packing each need a clear approval reference.

Agree the size assortment, label artwork, folding and carton requirements before dispatch preparation. Confirm the inspection scope and any required records for your particular order.

Plan the quality checkpoints

Send the reference you have.

Share your design, sample or Tech Pack and identify which details still need development. Supplier information, material documents and any requested audit scope can be discussed alongside the brief.

Start with your customer

Tell us who the collection is for and where it will be worn. Fit, coverage and styling priorities give the product discussion a useful direction.

Keep decisions together

Share one current brief and a consolidated set of sample comments. Identify what is approved and what still needs discussion.

Build on an approved reference

For a follow-up order, identify the original style and agreed changes. New colors, materials or size extensions deserve their own review.
