This notice describes the information collected through this website and how its project inquiry tools work.

Information you send

The inquiry form requires your email, project category and description. You may also provide your name, company, phone, estimated quantity, budget direction, purchasing timeframe and how you found us. The current website form has no attachment field. A selected product adds its name, SKU and reference details. The source page path is recorded without its query string; no advertising identifier is added.

How the information is used

Project information is used to review product requirements, organize development and quotation questions, and follow up about the request. Only share project information you are entitled to disclose. Avoid customer lists, identity documents or unrelated personal information.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored on the server with a reference number. Previously submitted attachments, where retained, use private file storage rather than a public media directory. File access requires server-side authorization. Website hosting and storage use Cloudflare infrastructure. An enabled business notification service may receive the contact and project details needed for follow-up.

Security and preferences

The service validates submitted information and uses a hashed connection identifier to limit repeated submissions. Language selection can be remembered in your browser. Choosing translation loads Google's translation service, which may receive page content and connection information and set its translation cookie. English browsing does not require that service.

Do not use automatic page translation when entering confidential information. You can return to English and clear website data through your browser settings. This website does not add advertising trackers or a marketing-consent banner.

If WhatsApp contact is enabled, its link opens WhatsApp with an editable message based on the product, article or page you are viewing. It does not copy your inquiry form fields or send a message automatically. WhatsApp handles the information you choose to send under its own policies.

Questions or corrections

Use the project contact form for a question about information you submitted, or a request to correct or delete it. Include the inquiry reference if available, but do not resend sensitive files. Identity and the scope of the request may need to be checked before changes are made.

Project files should contain only what is needed for the current discussion. This notice does not grant rights to reuse your design or replace a separate confidentiality or development agreement.
