Prepare your project informationFrom sample to production

Provide a sample, drawing or tech pack, target size range and quantities by style and color.
Agree shell and lining references, panel shape, strap attachment and any support components needed for the sample.
Check fit, coverage, seam appearance and trim positions. Record changes against a named sample version.
Confirm the approved sample, size chart, material list, labels and packing instructions before scheduling production.
A closer view of manufacturing
Specific preparation and sewing details help define what needs to be agreed for your garment. Confirm the production location and any partner-supported steps in the order brief.

Material is laid on the cutting bed for the current pattern. Match the fabric reference, panel direction and pattern revision before panels move into assembly; this keeps the intended shape consistent.
Explore sample development
A gathered strip passes through the sewing point. The sample review should confirm the gathered appearance, attachment position and contact with the wearer.
Review materials and construction
The operator aligns patterned shell fabric with white lining at the sewing point. Confirm lining extent, stretch direction and edge attachment against the approved sample before assembly.
Define the inspection brief
Material passes over the preparation rollers before the next operation. Identify the fabric reference and intended face and direction before laying; keep different colors and material versions separate.
Discuss shell and liningReview before production
Use the sample to agree measurements, seam appearance, lining, support and trim attachment. Packing requirements should identify labels, folding, assortment and carton information.
Testing and inspection scope depend on the product, destination market and order agreement.

Available production slots are reviewed for your order, not guaranteed by a general capacity figure. Pieces and sets are not interchangeable units: confirm the counting basis, quantity breakdown and schedule with your project quotation.

Checks & dispatch preparation
Before release, agree the measurements and workmanship points to check against the approved garment. Labels, folding, protective packing and carton assortments need their own written references.
Confirm who performs each inspection and which records are required. Specialist testing, where needed, requires an agreed provider and scope; a production photograph is not a test result.

Production handover
A production brief connects the approved garment to the quantities, components and finishing instructions for that order.
Define the inspection brief →Identify style, color and size groups before assembly. Keep different material or sample revisions clearly separated.
Record any agreed substitution and the affected styles. Do not let an informal change replace the current specification without review.
