Development priorities
Start with the decisions that shape fit.
- Cup shape and underbust stability
- Top and bottom sold together or separately
- Tie placement, adjusters and hardware security
Customization to discuss
Discuss cup structure, straps, rise, leg opening, matching colorways and brand trims. A change to the support system may need a new pattern and sample.

Construction review
Review the structure in your physical sample
An exterior product reference helps identify the silhouette and visible details. Confirm lining, support, edge finish and fit in the actual sample; a photograph is not a test result.
Define your product checkpointsPrepare your sample and quotation brief.
Send front and back references, the cup and band fit direction, bottom coverage, set composition and quantities per color. Identify whether separates need independent size ratios.

Can the top and bottom use different sizes?
Define the intended size assortment before quotation. Separate sizing affects grading, labels, packing and the quantity breakdown; it should not be assumed from a set photograph.
What determines the minimum order and timing?
Style complexity, material sourcing, color and size breakdown, sample revisions and approval dates all affect the quote. Send the planned assortment so these conditions can be reviewed together.
After choosing a style
Plan the sample and order.
Review top and bottom proportions, tie construction and coordinating pieces for your brand. Colors, prints, labels and packaging can be discussed during the technical review.
Minimum order
Our reference MOQ is 200 pieces per style, per color. The final minimum depends on construction, fabric and trim sourcing, print requirements and the size breakdown. For sets, confirm how pieces and sets are counted in your quotation.
Sample development
Sample development typically takes 5–10 working days, subject to a reviewed brief and available materials. Custom fabrics, prints, trims and sample revisions may require additional time. We confirm the schedule for your development scope.
Production schedule
The reference bulk production lead time is 30–45 days. The start date and delivery schedule depend on sample approval, material availability, order quantity and production scheduling. Shipping time is agreed separately.
