Development priorities
Start with the decisions that shape fit.
- Back opening and strap movement
- Torso fit and leg coverage
- Seam placement at contact points
Customization to discuss
Discuss strap layout, panels, fit, coverage and lining. Chlorine-resistance, sun-protection and competition approval claims require evidence for the selected material or garment.

Construction review
Review the garment around movement
Use the product reference to discuss back shape, strap movement and coverage. Seam function and material performance require review of the actual sample and agreed testing.
Define your product checkpointsPrepare your sample and quotation brief.
Explain the intended activity, fit, time in water and any performance claim you plan to make. Add movement photos or fit comments to the reference brief.

Does an athletic silhouette establish competition suitability?
No. The photographed shape does not establish material performance or competition approval. Identify the intended use and any applicable requirements before sampling.
What determines the minimum order and timing?
Style complexity, material sourcing, color and size breakdown, sample revisions and approval dates all affect the quote. Send the planned assortment so these conditions can be reviewed together.
After choosing a style
Plan the sample and order.
Review shoulder movement, back construction, leg opening and stretch recovery before sampling. Colors, prints, labels and packaging can be discussed during the technical review.
Minimum order
Our reference MOQ is 200 pieces per style, per color. The final minimum depends on construction, fabric and trim sourcing, print requirements and the size breakdown. For sets, confirm how pieces and sets are counted in your quotation.
Sample development
Sample development typically takes 5–10 working days, subject to a reviewed brief and available materials. Custom fabrics, prints, trims and sample revisions may require additional time. We confirm the schedule for your development scope.
Production schedule
The reference bulk production lead time is 30–45 days. The start date and delivery schedule depend on sample approval, material availability, order quantity and production scheduling. Shipping time is agreed separately.
